The 2003–04 Florida Gators men's basketball team represented the University of Florida during the 2003–04 men's college basketball season. The team was coached by Billy Donovan.

The Gators finished the season with a 20-11 record.^[2] They were eliminated from the third round of the SEC tournament in a 89-73 loss to Kentucky. On March 18, 2004, Florida was upset in the NCAA tournament Round of 64 by #12 seeded Manhattan.
