The 1998 Česká Pojišťovna Cup was played between 3 and 6 September 1998. All games were played in Zimní stadion Luďka Čajky in Zlín, Czech Republic. The tournament was won by Sweden. The tournament was part of 1998–99 Euro Hockey Tour.
