The 1983 Suffolk Coastal District Council election took place on 5 May 1983 to elect members of Suffolk Coastal District Council in Suffolk, England.[1] This was on the same day as other local elections.
The whole council was up for election on new ward boundaries, but the number of seats remained the same.
