The 1969–70 Algerian Cup was the 8th edition of the Algerian Cup. CR Belouizdad (then known as CR Belcourt) won the cup by defeating USM Alger in the final replay. The teams tied 1-1 in their first match, but six days later, CRB won the replay 4-1.[1]

CRB were also the defending champions, having beaten USM Alger 5–3 in the previous season's final. That final had also required a replay after the first final ended in a 1-1 tie.[2]
