1348 Ex Voto is a third-person action-adventure game[1] developed by Sedleo, set in 14th-century medieval Italy. It released for PlayStation 5 and Windows on March 12, 2026.

Gameplay

Players take control of Aeta, a young knight on a quest to save her beloved, Bianca (voiced by Jennifer English). Gameplay is based around sword combat and exploration of medieval Italy.[2]

Reception

The game received "mixed or average reviews", according to review aggregator Metacritic, with a critics score of 53 based on 14 reviews.[7] Fellow review aggregator OpenCritic assessed that the game received weak approval, being recommended by 13% of critics.[5] Critics cited "awful" technical performance[8] and repetitive combat.[9] The game received some backlash online from gamers for its lesbian romance storyline.[1][10]
